This one page paper asks students to reflect on the rule they broke and how they are contributing to the academic and behavioral reputation of their school. I created it for our middle school, and it's optional for students in 1-hour after school detention. If they complete it, they get out 15 minutes early (they almost ALWAYS choose to complete it!)
